What's the minimum order quantity?
Most categories work at 50–150 units with the factories we source from. Negotiating the MOQ down is part of the job — so you can test a product without burying yourself in inventory.
Do you mark up the product price?
No. You see the factory's own quotation and invoices. Our fee is a flat 8% of the order value — that's the only way we make money, and it's printed on every report.
How do payments work?
You can pay factories directly, or through our US entity via standard business channels — your choice. We never require 100% upfront: the standard is a 30% deposit and 70% after quality control passes.
How fast will goods arrive in the US?
Air freight runs 7–12 days door to door; sea freight 25–40 days. We handle formal customs entry for commercial batches and include a landed-cost estimate in every quote — no surprises at the border.
Can you ship straight to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We label and pack to Amazon's requirements, or deliver to your 3PL for final prep. FBA-bound shipments include the documentation checklist so nothing gets stuck at receiving.
What categories do you avoid?
For new clients we stay away from FDA-regulated goods, children's products, and certified electronics — compliance cost usually outweighs the margin. Almost everything else is fair game.
